Assingment 3 - Image/Text

Using the 'clipping mask' tool in Illustrator, I have simply used my initials to cut out a piece of a picture; making it look like I created my own font/type. Here are three examples.












With these next five images, I used both Illustrator and Photoshop to execute my assignment. I used many basic filter Fx to create some cool looking designs. Enjoy!

Assignment 2 w/ EC - Logos

Here are 5 logos I executed using Illustrator. The first four were made with random shapes and colors using my initials with different font types.






The fifth logo, seen here, was an attempt to recreate the "Volkswagen" logo, using my initials as the "VW."

Assignment 1 - Abstraction

This is a basic abstraction executed in Adobe Illustrator. The tools I primarily used were the Rectangle and Paint tools. The more I used these tools, the more I became comfortable using them. The tutorial videos came in handy when I wanted to show that I could layer some of the shapes in my composition.
